What if I need to modify my order?

• In the hour that follows your order please reach out to me on Instagram or via email at info@boobooclay.com and we can check this out together.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

• If it is in the same country the home address can definitely change, send me an email.

Can I get same day delivery?

• I usually get to packing and shipping as quickly as possible, but in times of heavy order flow, please allow me up to 7 days to process before shipping.

My country is not in the list of shipping destinations!

• Reach out via email and I will check out the price for your country and create an invoice if possible.

Can I put my Boo in the dishwasher?

• Every Boo is dishwasher safe, however to maintain the glaze in perfect condition I would definitely recommend to hand wash your piece with love & care.

Can I put my Boo in the microwave?

• Every Boo is microwave safe unless there is luster on it! If your mug has gold or silver lusters on it – do not microwave.

What about safety and quality? 

• All of our products fired to temperature at Cone 6 to 8, are entirely functional and ready for use! We also use food safe and  waterproof underglazes & clear glaze from the Mayco & Amaco Brand.

• What if I want to return it?

All sales are final. Nonetheless, if your Boo Mug brings you zero love do not hesitate to contact me via email and we can check it out together, see how we can bring some happiness back.
